Application instructionsShake the Essence 21 times before use, apply it to the Heart Chakra or any part of the body that requires attention and love. Also apply to the palm of the left hand, or to the wrists, rub the Essence with both hands to evaporate the alcohol and inhale the aroma deeply three times: the first inhale allows you to integrate the vibration of the Essence at a conscious level; the second allows assimilation at a subconscious level; the third unites the conscious level and the subconscious in the superconscious. Use the product for about 3 weeks. The use of the product has no contraindications, it can be used for as long as desired and be combined with other vibrational remedies.
