Prices are inclusive of VAT. The order is considered finalized upon receipt of the order confirmation.

Guarantees & Withdrawal

Purchases made on the website www.ailight.it are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. If you have made a mistake in your order and have received an item that you did not want, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product and being reimbursed for the expense. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send back the package within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, as long as it is in good condition, refunding the full amount.

Attention: for items with SIAE stamps, the product must be returned with the stamp intact. Returns of items with a broken or missing SIAE stamp will not be accepted.

Include in the return shipping package, which you will be responsible for shipping as required by law, and which must be correctly packaged, a copy of the delivery note (or invoice, when requested) and send everything to:

For shipping, we recommend using an insured mail system and under no circumstances cash on delivery; please note that items delivered to an address other than the one above will not be taken into consideration.

Damaged products

If you receive damaged goods, please report it within 3 working days (via email info@ailight.it ) citing “damaged items” in the subject of the email.
