Application instructions

Apply Essence to the Heart Chakra and Throat Chakra, or as needed. Use 1 time daily.
To appreciate it better, gently shake the contents before placing it on your hands and wrists, or in those areas that need more energy and pampering. (Traditionally the colors refer to the heart / chest and throat chakra but you can use this essence where you feel that its delicate energy is needed or appropriate.)
