Use the energy of Green when you want to relax, calm your nerves and thoughts. But green is also useful when you want to open up, especially in relationships, or when you want to take care of others. Green cleans and balances the energies bringing peace, harmony and renewal. Green is the color of prosperity and Unconditional Love on the earthly plane.

Green gives a feeling of renewal, new life, freshness and clarity. This color governs not only the physical heart, but also emotions.

Heart attacks often take place because of a fear of giving, a fear of getting involved and a fear of being hurt. A green person who feels offended and hurt, and who believes that they have lost face, may run into stomach problems. If such emotions and problems are not solved and extend over a long period of time, hypertension and a heart attack can be the result.

Green is the great balancer, it gives energy to the heart, lungs, bronchi, arms and secondary circulatory system.

Instructions: Put 7/8 drops, on the area of the body that corresponds to the 4 Chakra, on the area of the lungs, heart. It is possible to rub the mixture on the areas of the hands or feet that correspond, according to reflexology, to the 4 Chakra. In this case, gently massage the affected points.

Other ways of use: Add in the bathroom with Water Color… To increase the synergistic effect in the color bath, add a few drops, as desired, in the bath water and/ or foot bath, to create a synergistic treatment of aromatherapy and chromotherapy.
