Blue is the colour of the Soul and connects us to the higher part of us. The blue bath relaxes the mind and has a calming effect. It promotes sleep and helps calm hyperactive children. It encourages communication, self-expression and contact with one’s inner truths.
In chromotherapy, blue is associated with the throat and the sleep-wake rhythm, which it tends to rebalance.
Taking a bath immersed in the energy of the colour BLUE is a simply heavenly experience. It is understandable how both BLUE, the colour of the sea and sky, and GREEN, the colour of forests, trees and grass, are the main colours for the planet. Both give serenity, clarity and love, as well as the necessary substances that allow life to exist. They are the colours of peace. They eliminate toxins and emit healing power. They encapsulate good thoughts and principles by spreading good vibrations.

How to make a color bath - Instructions for use
Color water is available in size: 200 ml (8/10 baths)
Type: body product.
Scent: odorless, does not contain any kind of fragrance.
Instructions for use:
Red is a warm color and is extremely stimulating. Use it preferably in the morning or, at any rate, during the day. We recommend 2/3 baths per week for about 6 weeks or as needed. Suitable for people of all ages. Use for children over the age of 6, for younger ages seek advice from our experts.
How to use:
Bathtub: pour 2 or max 3 caps of color water into the bathtub, to achieve the preferred color intensity (the higher the color intensity, the greater the energetic effect). DO NOT exceed the recommended dose.
Footbath: pour 1 capful of color water, using a clear or white basin.
Water temperature: warm, but never boiling.
Soaking time: 10 min – do not exceed the time indicated
The product will not stain once diluted in water.
Composition : Color Dil Water is composed of nontoxic organic substances, and the color pigments are formed from the elements of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and carbon. When these elements mix together we are able to visualize color (similar to the rainbow). Color Water is composed of pure filtered water, coconut oil glycerin and from colors approved by the European Union. The bath in color is composed of raw materials from high quality and contains no animal, metal, chemical, charcoal or petroleum products. The product contains no chemical colors but only organic colors.

Successivamente ai bagni blu ho notato che il mio modo di comunicare sta cambiando e me lo hanno fatto notare anche delle amiche che mi dicono che mi sentono più sicura e decisa ma anche più in equilibrio.

Questo colore l’ho vissuto in modo totalitario, l’ho sentito forte, travolgente.

Il BLU è al primo posto nella mappa delle mie energie; assolutamente presente nella mia vita sin dall’infanzia: la mia predisposizione al dialogo, alla comunicazione, alla mediazione sono ben radicate già da lì. Da qui in poi, ho cominciato a sentire la presenza piuttosto costante e laboriosa di tutti e 7 i colori dell’arcobaleno e dei chakra. Nonostante i numerosi traguardi, i preziosi anni dedicati a ricerche e studi e il lavoro da insegnante che mi trovo a svolgere, insieme agli sviluppi, alla ricerche ed alle attività d’arte, la mia indole tende a mettermi nella posizione di “allieva”. In questo mese tutti i colori hanno cominciato a spingere in avanti affinché si cedesse il passo al sentire chiaramente cosa POSSO/DEVO INSEGNARE, come POSSO/DEVO ESSERE/FARE ARTE. Una sorta di riposizionamento interiore e, soprattutto, sociale.
